Compared to the Cameo vases from Gallé, those from the Muller brothers are often more colorful. This large vase is richly decorated all around with blue anemones and almost black leaves and stems against a warm yellowish background. With transmitted light, the flowers appear to stand out against a colored sunset. Because the core is made of opalescent glass, additional color effects are created.
