Gelithografeerde afbeeldingen van personificaties van de dag en de nacht. We zien symbolen als de zonnebloem het licht en de zon voor de dag en de papaver, de maan en sterren voor de nacht. Ook het waken en de slaap zijn afgebeeld. Het art nouveau raamwerk bestaat uit gegoten messingbrons. De afbeeldingen zijn gelithografeerd op metaal. Het uurwerk is geheel gereviseerd.
