This bohemian glass jardiniere from Harrach features an underwater image that is galvanoplastically applied in copper that is partly gold-plated and partly silver-plated. In the center we see a spider crab. Its long thin legs form a tight rhythm that breaks up the wavy lines of the water. Two fish complete the scene. The blue-green glass is satin-finished and creates an underwater atmosphere.
