Special vase by Jacob Rapoport for La maison Moderne. Design is by Maurice Dufrêne or possibly Paul Follot. Silver frame from Saglier Frères et Cie in Paris. The vase consists of silver-plated copper with a layer of transparent glass enamel in which clouds of colored enamel are visible. A beautiful and rare effect that fits perfectly with the abstracted tentacles and underwater world.
